You read that right, we are bringing you an entire weekend of events! With partnership from local furry, puppy and community supporting businesses, we’ll be partying all weekend long.

At the heart of this we’re throwing our BIGGEST party yet! Join us at FROSTBITE at The Crocodile, an iconic Seattle music venue. You’ve never attended a Fetch event quite like this, with a venue capacity of over 700 people, multiple bars, a huge fursuit changing room, and a high tech stage with cool lighting and multiple performances. There’s even an attached hotel (no, we’re still not a con).

Ticket Types & Prices

FROSTBITE at The Crocodile is a ticketed event. Other FROSTBITE WEEKEND events do not require tickets. Ticketing will be done on Crocodile’s ticketing site and platform. We will get all our ticket links updated and live once that’s setup.

We’re offering a new very special Platinum Paw ticket for the first time this year. This ticket will get you all the benefits of the Golden Paw you’re used to, plus an invite to an exclusive pre-show party at The Society (an attached cocktail bar) with early entry to the venue, plus a special gift. Thank you to everyone who purchases these Golden Paw and Platinum Paw tickets. You’re helping us keep our GA ticket prices low.

Times to Remember

• Platinum Paw Cocktail Hour: 5pm to 6pm
• Doors Open for all attendees: 6pm
• DJs Start: 7pm
• PARTY: 7pm – 1am
• Music ends, time to head out: 1am

Dress Code

FetchNW’s standard dress code applies. No exposed butts nor genetalia for all attendees. Don’t wear stuff with hate speech or hostile messages. Otherwise come as you are.

The Vibe

The Crocodile is a full on professional music venue. This is going to be a dance party. We plan to start the evening with more laid back vibes, and ramp up the energy as the night goes on. The main part of the venue is a standing room concert space and stage. Think like the dances at a furry con. Things will probably get loud. We will have earplugs on hand. Seating will be limited, found mostly in the Green Rooms we are using as changing space, and “The Society” which is a lounge bar facing the street.

Changing Space

We are dedicating all three green rooms (yes there are three of them) to storage and changing space. All attendees will have access to all three of them.

Food and Drink

The crocodile has full service bars, no food. You’ll have to eat elsewhere.

Hotel Info

The Crocodile has an attached hotel if you want to stay at the venue to crash over night. We don’t have any deals nor room blocks with them.

Platinum Paw Perk Details

Your free drink at the Vulpine comes in the form of a pub token. You can keep it as a souvenir or turn it into Vulpine for a free drink. Find us at any of the events during Frostbite Weekend to get it.

We will update details on the free drink at Slightly Furry when we have them.

Event Specific Policies

Stay off the Stage and don’t put things on the Stage – The stage is only for performers and staff who have a need to be on stage. Seriously, please stay off the stage for everyone’s safety. Please don’t leave drinks or other belongings on the stage either. 

Don’t bring in empty bottles nor other forms of drink containers. In addition to our usual policies on no drugs, weapons, etc… (see the fine print down further for more details) we have an added one of no empty beverage containers. If you bring them, they will have to be left outside. The Crocodile has plenty of cups inside, and will have water stations.

Ticket Sales are managed on Crocodile’s Ticketing Platform. All sales are subject to the terms and conditions you find on their site and during the purchase process. Tickets can still be transferred like all our events. Tickets are non refundable.

No Vaccine Mandate – While we recommend you stay up to date with your vaccinations for Covid, FetchNW is not enforcing nor checking status for Frostbite at The Crocodile.

Event Rules and Conditions of Entry

1. All sales final, no refunds.
2. You must be 21 or older to attend.
3. Follow the FetchNW Party Bill of Rights.
4. Unexpired, valid, government-issued photo ID required to enter.
5. All guests are subject to a security screening and bag check, including action packers or fursuit bags.
6. No outside food or drink.
7. No drug use, smoking or vaping of any kind, nor consuming marijuana inside the venue.
8. Anyone visibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be denied entry.
9. Anyone overly intoxicated will be asked to leave.
10. No weapons (e.g., firearms, knives, mace)
11. FetchNW and The Crocodile are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
12. You are responsible for your own behavior and agree to indemnify and hold FetchNW LLC and The Crocodile harmless in the event of losses, injury, or death arising from your own actions, negligence, and any other causes whatsoever.
13. You grant FetchNW LLC the right and license, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, to retain and use any and all audio or video recordings or photographs taken during the event for the purposes of advertising and/or publicity on social media accounts, internet messaging rooms, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. FetchNW LLC reserves the right to share, tweet, retweet, or quote tweet all such recordings and photos.
14. In all cases, FetchNW reserves the right to use recordings and photos for security purposes in the event of a security incident or complaint from attendees, the venue, or law enforcement.
15. You understand that other attendees may take your photo or record you and FetchNW cannot control that. You hold FetchNW and The Crocodile harmless for any damages which may arise from use of such recordings or photos taken or used by individuals not affiliated with FetchNW.
16. Don’t be a dick. We’re all here to have a good time together.
