FETCHNW PRESENTS FROSTBITE WEEKEND 2025
We are thrilled to announce our dates for this year’s Frostbite Weekend! Last year was so popular, we’re doing it again, and it’s going to be even bigger!
Clear your calendars and make your travel plans for December 11th – 14th. We’re going to have events all weekend long with orgs and venues and partners such as

For now, mark your calendars, and get ready to join Daddy Croc for a jam-packed weekend full of everything furry and puppy that Seattle has to offer.
The second year of this city wide not-a-convention is bound to be bigger than the last.

VORTEX at The Crocodile is a ticketed event. Other FROSTBITE WEEKEND events do not require tickets. Ticketing will be done on Crocodile’s ticketing site and platform. We will get all our ticket links updated and live once that’s setup.
That being said, if you want to feel like VIP all weekend long, check out the “Platinum Paw” ticket type once tickets go on sale. After its success last year, we’re offering them again. This ticket will get you all the benefits of the Golden Paw you’re used to for Vortex at the Crocodile, plus an invite to an exclusive pre-show party at The Society (an attached cocktail bar) with early entry to the venue, a special gift, a free drink at some of the partner venues, and more. Thank you to everyone who purchases these Golden Paw and Platinum Paw tickets. You’re helping us keep our GA ticket prices low.

Pawprint Pack presents SLUMBERYARD, a fluffy fuzzy pyjama party at Lumberyard.
At 7pm Thursday December 11, get your weekend started with chill beats and low-key vibes! We have three fantastic DJs – Aetherflow, Dobermann and DJ Headspace – lined up to get you in the mood.
Get cozy in your favorite kigu, PJs, onesie, or whatever you wear to bed! Bring your favorite plushie! Rubber, leather, neoprene, and other gear is welcome.
21+. Food will be available until 9pm. Coat check by SEA-PAH.

Slightly Furry Beverage Co. presents BRAIN FREEZE at SouthEnd Public House
On Friday December 12th, experience our taproom like never before! – Discover a handpicked selection of ciders & beers! – Shop at a Holiday Craft Market with some very special guests! – Get caricature artwork from furry’s own progenitor Steve Gallacci (Albedo Anthropomorphics) – Take holiday photos with Santa Bear! – Enjoy a pop-up shop from Wise Guy Italian Food Truck! Tickets are not necessary, though all ticket holders will once again receive special perks. Slightly Furry will have something for all ticket holders (details pending). In addition to that, FetchNW is giving Platinum Paw ticket holders some extra gifts (a pub token and a pin) on top of that. These FetchNW gifts can be picked up from us anytime during the weekend or after the weekend if you get in touch with us.

HOT OFF THE CARAFE! Urban Animal Coffee Roastery will be holding a pop-up shop in our space on Saturday December 13th from 8am-2pm as part of FetchNW Frostbite Weekend! Enjoy hot coffees & cold brews (including the debut of a new coffee from Urban Animal), pastries & sweets from Dog Village, fresh sounds & a surprise or two!
SEA-PAH’s Holiday Mosh – a Saturday afternoon Frostbite Weekend event.

It’s the holiday mosh! There will be sweets for folks to enjoy, and the return of the white elephant! White elephant price limit is set for $25. SEA-PAH will have sponsored gifts for the white elephant, so those who already finished their holiday shopping can still join in on the fun. These gifts are first come, first serve.
Regardless of whether or not you’ve been to a mosh before, or if you are a handler, pup, or just curious – you are welcome!
The mosh is just a stone’s throw away from The Crocodile, so is a great way to start out your afternoon before hitting up VORTEX that night.

Vulpine Burrow invites you to settle in and celebrate one full year of coffee, community, and craft beer.
Kigu & Chill (9am-2pm) ~ subvert expectations and join us for a cozy Vinyl Morning, in your favorite kigu, partial, or comfy clothing. Bring your own chill vinyl to share or sip along with our collection of chill-hop, jazz, and vapor-wave.
At 10AM, we’ll be hosting our Vulpine Burrow Tales & Tasting, featuring roasts from Sacred Beans & Fulcrum. One of our resident coffee foxes will guide you through roast, tasting notes, aromas and more. For Vulpine members, the tasting is complimentary, a small thank you for being part of our den.
As we settle into dusk, join us for an Evening Den Session from 3PM to 7PM. A live set featuring local musicians performing inside The Burrow.
All day long enjoy: photo booths, and the debut of our new member board, a new wall representing both the Vulpine and the Burrow, our members new and old, and our growth over the past year.Event Rules and Conditions of Entry
- All sales final, no refunds.
- Ticket sales will be managed by The Crocodile and subject to the terms and conditions found on the ticketing site once live.
- You must be 21 or older to attend.
- Follow the FetchNW Party Bill of Rights.
- Unexpired, valid, government-issued photo ID required to enter.
- All guests are subject to a security screening and bag check, including action packers or fursuit bags.
- No outside food or drink.
- No drug use, smoking or vaping of any kind, nor consuming marijuana inside the venue.
- Anyone visibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be denied entry.
- Anyone overly intoxicated will be asked to leave.
- No weapons (e.g., firearms, knives, mace)
- FetchNW and The Crocodile are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
- You are responsible for your own behavior and agree to indemnify and hold FetchNW LLC and The Crocodile harmless in the event of losses, injury, or death arising from your own actions, negligence, and any other causes whatsoever.
- You grant FetchNW LLC the right and license, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, to retain and use any and all audio or video recordings or photographs taken during the event for the purposes of advertising and/or publicity on social media accounts, internet messaging rooms, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. FetchNW LLC reserves the right to share, tweet, retweet, or quote tweet all such recordings and photos.
- In all cases, FetchNW reserves the right to use recordings and photos for security purposes in the event of a security incident or complaint from attendees, the venue, or law enforcement.
- You understand that other attendees may take your photo or record you and FetchNW cannot control that. You hold FetchNW and The Crocodile harmless for any damages which may arise from use of such recordings or photos taken or used by individuals not affiliated with FetchNW.
